We would like to congratulate Norman Boxall for receiving an MBE in the New Year’s Honours for Seventy-five years of Scouting.
In addition to that we would like to inform you that The Baden-Powell Scouts’ Association UK has appointed a new Chief Commissioner, Mr. Norman Boxall.
Many of you will know Norman through his attendance at WFIS events and we wish him well in his new role.
We would welcome news such as this from any WFIS Associations, members are always interested in what their fellow members are doing.
