The World Federation of Independent Scouts was started in Laubach, Germany, in 1996
WFIS-Europe is a organization for Independent Scout in Europe.
We meet in camps, leadertraining, workshops and Jamborees.
The goal is to create a Federation for Scouts, who are not members of another world organisation and bring them together.
WFIS-Europe was created in 1999 and is an organisation under WFIS World
Every scout organisation can join WFIS-Europe, if they are not member of another world organisation.
