Dear Scout brothers,
in this moment of serious difficulties due to the pandemic that is rapidly spreading throughout Europe, we want to be close, not only to all of you as individuals, but to all those Scout leaders who are, amid a thousand difficulties, continuing to feel close to their Scouts, even if the activities have been temporarily suspended, perhaps for a long time.
We are sure that everyone will do their best to continue their service towards Scouting and their country.
B-P said “A Scout smiles and whistles under all difficulties” and we will obviously do so too.
