It is with deep regret that we have to inform the members of WFIS of the death of one of the
founding members of WFIS, Lawrie (Bob) Dring on 6th September 2012.
Lawrie was International Commissioner and President of B-PSA UK and his contribution to Scouting has
been enormous, he will be sadly missed by all who know him.
