Dear Scouting friends,
it is with much sadness that we have to inform you that our Scouting brother, Norman Boxall from England, died yesterday.
Norman loved the WFIS and was at the General Assembly last weekend, enjoying every minute of his time in Italy.
Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this sad time. He will be a great loss to family, friends and Scouting.
